Individual Counseling

Our individual counseling services are designed to provide personalized and focused support to both children and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our goal is to help individuals improve their emotional well-being, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.

Group Counseling

Sessions aimed at skill-building, focusing on specific topics to encourage cooperation and sharing among peers in a structured setting.

Prevention Groups

Designed to help students make better choices, with topics including anger management, violence prevention, and social functioning skills. Common diagnoses we address include ADHD, Mood Disorders, Behavior Disorders, Anxiety, Adjustment Reactions, and Post-Traumatic Stress.

School-Based Counseling and Interventions

Caring Space offers in-school counseling and classroom interventions designed to address and improve specific behavioral and emotional issues. Our services can be provided individually or bundled together, based on the unique requirements of each student.

Our case managers work closely with individuals and families to coordinate services, advocate for their needs, and facilitate their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

Caring Space Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy
Caring Space Respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service,
you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data

Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates.  The information will be collected via the website contact form, email, rental agreement, or third-party reservation systems.

Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending information only.

Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.


Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.
